2026年は在宅ワーク歴28年目

2026年は、主婦 × 在宅ワークのフリーランスとして28年目になります。その間、家事・子育て・仕事を行き来しながら、文章を書き、マネーのワークショップを主宰してきました。

ライターという仕事は大好きでしたが、36歳で双子を出産したのを機に軸足を家庭に置き、約12年間は（ほぼ）専業主婦として過ごしました。その間も細々と仕事は続けていましたが、本格的に仕事を再開するまでには、12年という歳月が経っています。

子どもの生活リズムを最優先に、家事と育児を回すことが日々の中心。その時間は、「暮らし」や「子育て」を、頭ではなく身体感覚で学ぶ期間でもありました。

48歳の頃、仕事の比重を再び高めるタイミングが訪れます。それは「よし、やろう！」と自分で決めたというよりも、私の意志とは別のところから、静かにチャンスが巡ってきた──そんな感覚でした。

一直線にキャリアを積み上げてきたわけではありません。家庭に軸足を置く時期が長くあり、一見すると遠回りをしながら、再び仕事に戻ってきました。

けれども、母親である自分を最優先して生きた時間があったからこそ、暮らし・お金・子育てを切り分けずに考える視点が、私の中に育ちました。このサイトでは、そんな視点からの試行錯誤や実験の記録を、少しずつ残していきます。

As of 2026, this marks my 28th year working as a freelance writer from home while also being a homemaker.
Throughout these years, I have moved back and forth between housework, childcare, and work—writing and leading money-related workshops along the way.

I have always loved working as a writer. However, after giving birth to twins at the age of 36, I shifted my primary focus to family life and spent about 12 years living (almost) as a full-time homemaker.
During that time, I continued working little by little, but it took 12 years before I fully resumed my career.

My daily life centered on organizing household tasks and childcare around my children’s rhythms.
That period became a time of learning—not through theory, but through lived, physical experience—about life and parenting.

Around the age of 48, the time came to increase my work again.
It wasn’t so much a decision of “Now I will do it,” but rather a quiet sense that opportunities came to me from somewhere beyond my own will.

Looking back, working as a home-based freelancer suited me well.
It allowed me to continue my career while honoring my identity as a homemaker.

My career has not been a straight line.
There was a long period when my focus was on family, and from the outside, it may look like a detour before returning to work.

However, because I spent those years prioritizing my role as a mother, I developed a perspective that does not separate life, money, and parenting—but sees them as interconnected.

On this website, I share records of my ongoing experiments and reflections from that perspective, little by little.

経歴

1991年　学習院女子短期大学卒業後、丸紅入社。
8年間勤務し、部長秘書として働く。後半の3年間は、会社員とライターの二足の草鞋を履く日々（就業規則違反は、時効ということでご容赦ください）。

1997年　結婚。
出産を見据え、自分の働き方を見直す。子どもを産んで会社員を続ける人が少ない社風の中で、「長く働き続けるにはどうするか」を考え始めた。

1998年　丸紅を退社し、フリーライターとして独立。
子どもを産んで働き続けるために、「フリーランスのライター」を選択。当初はジャンルを問わず、幅広く執筆。

2000年　マネーを専門分野にすると決める
長男の妊娠中にファイナンシャルプランナー資格を取得し、マネーを専門分野とする。

2005年　軸足を家庭に。
2004年、夫の転勤に伴い、札幌に転居。2005年、双子の次男・三男の出産を機に、軸足を家庭に移す。以降、双子が中学校に入学するまでの12年間は、育児が最優先。

ほぼ専業主婦（ときどきライター）として過ごし、その間、３人の息子の中学受験、小学校のPTA会長、少年サッカーの役員（複数年）などを経験した。

2017年　仕事を本格的に再開。
双子の中学受験が終わった頃から、仕事が再び動き出す。子どもを通じて「子育て」に、親のサポートを通じて「シニアライフ」に、ライフスタイルの変化とともに興味の幅が広がる。

2023年　３人の息子が成人
3人の息子が成人したのを機に、主婦erを「個人ブログ」から「メディア」として位置づけ直し、リニューアル。

2026年　動画の配信をスタート
今年の抱負を述べてみました（笑）。プロフィール負けしないように、動画配信、頑張ります！

趣味はオーケストラ（ビオラ弾き）、現在は吉祥寺在住。

1991
Graduated from Gakushuin Women’s Junior College and joined Marubeni Corporation.
Worked there for eight years as an executive secretary. During the last three years, I also began working as a writer alongside my corporate job (any violation of company rules is, hopefully, forgiven by now).

1997
Got married.
As I began thinking about having children, I seriously reconsidered my way of working. At a time when few women continued working after childbirth, I started searching for a sustainable way to build a long-term career.

1998
Left Marubeni and became a freelance writer.
In order to continue working while raising children, I chose the path of a freelance writer. In the beginning, I wrote across a wide range of topics.

2000
Decided to specialize in finance.
While pregnant with my first son, I obtained certification as a Financial Planner and began focusing on finance-related writing.

2005
Shifted my focus to family life.
In 2004, I relocated to Sapporo due to my husband’s job transfer. In 2005, after giving birth to twin sons, I made family my top priority. For the following 12 years, until my twins entered junior high school, childcare was my main focus.

During this period, I lived mostly as a full-time homemaker (and occasional writer), while raising three sons. I was also actively involved in my children’s lives, including serving as PTA president at their elementary school and taking on multiple roles in youth soccer organizations.

2017
Resumed my career in earnest.
After my twins completed their junior high school entrance exams, my work gradually picked up again. Through my children, I developed a strong interest in parenting, and through supporting my parents, I became interested in senior life. My areas of focus expanded alongside changes in my own life.

2023
All three of my sons reached adulthood.
This milestone prompted me to reposition my website “Shufuer” from a personal blog to a media platform, leading to a full renewal.

2026
Started video content creation.
This is one of my goals for the year (laughs). I’m working on video content so that it lives up to this profile!

Personal
My hobby is playing in an orchestra (viola).
Currently based in Kichijoji, Tokyo.
